Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at PsalmsAndSoulLofi30@gmail.com.
Please include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue

A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

A replacement item, or
-
A refund (or store credit), depending on availability and the situation

Returns/Exchanges (General)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or misuse.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mugs once used. -
Sizing & Fit
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best fit. -
Shipping Issues
If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office/carrier and/or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at PsalmsAndSoulLofi30@gmail.com and we’ll help you with next steps.
Lost or stolen packages may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to assist with a claim when possible. -
Cancellations / Order Changes
Because items are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed. -
