  1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
    By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

  2. PRODUCTS, PRICING, & AVAILABILITY
    All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or change product offerings at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We try to display product colors and images accurately; however, your device may display colors differently.

  3. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
    Many items are made to order. Production times may vary and will be communicated at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. By placing an order, you acknowledge that processing time is separate from shipping time.

  4. ORDERS, PAYMENT, & CANCELLATIONS
    By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
    Cancellations or order changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

  5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control (weather, service disruptions, etc.) are not our responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law. If an order is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first, then email us at PsalmsAndSoulLofi30@gmail.com for assistance.

  6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
    Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy (posted on our site). If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at PsalmsAndSoulLofi30@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on this site—including logos, designs, graphics, photos, videos, text, and product designs—is owned by Psalms & Soul or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

    If you submit content (such as reviews, comments, photos, or tags), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
