OVERVIEW
Psalms & Soul products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner (Printify/its print providers). This means each item is produced after your order is placed, then shipped to you. Production time is separate from shipping (transit) time.

ORDER PROCESSING / PRODUCTION TIME (MADE TO ORDER)
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted. Production time can vary based on the product, print provider, order volume, and season. (help.printify.com)
Note: Some items (like mugs) may produce faster depending on the print provider (often 1–3 business days). (Printify)

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES (U.S.)
Transit time begins once the order leaves production and is handed to the carrier. Estimated U.S. delivery times are:

Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (most print providers)

Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Express Delivery (select items only): 2–3 business days (includes production), available in the U.S. except Alaska and Hawaii (help.printify.com)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF OFFERED AT CHECKOUT)
International delivery estimates typically range from 10–30 business days depending on destination and shipping method. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country. (help.printify.com) -
TOTAL DELIVERY ESTIMATE (PRODUCTION + TRANSIT)
A typical U.S. order may take:
Production (2–7 business days) + Shipping (2–8 business days)

TRACKING
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created. -
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately at PsalmsAndSoulLofi30@gmail.com. Because items are made to order, address changes are not always possible once production begins. -
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages (especially if fulfilled by different print providers or facilities). This is normal. -
DELAYS
Shipping and production estimates are not guarantees. Delays can happen due to peak seasons, weather events, carrier disruptions, or inventory issues. We appreciate your patience and will help however we can. -
LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

If you still cannot locate it, email us at PsalmsAndSoulLofi30@gmail.com and we’ll help you with next steps. Please note that lost or stolen packages may not always be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to assist with a claim when possible.
